How to get rid of your negative thoughts!

The negative thoughts you undermine morale. It prevents you from acting, to move forward.

Positive thoughts bring you instead of force, energy. But, you say, "How to remove my negative thoughts? "

1 - First, consider your thoughts as a negative reaction. You react to a situation.
