I am an employee in a business clean. I was summoned to attend a medical examination, but I could not go there. The following week, my employer called me for another medical examination. And another time I could not run. The next day he called me for an interview prior to dismissal for misconduct.
So I went to the site http://www.convention-collective-fr.com, and I consulted my collective agreement to see if my employer has the right to dismiss me because I did not record visits medical. And I found that actually he has that right but only if accompanied by reconvening a letter warning about the consequences of further refusal.
Not receiving such a warning, I do not know I'd be fired. I remarked to my employer that the lack of notification and that the dismissal was illegal. Finally, I went to the medical visit. And I could keep my job.
